"The store was empty . So much so that I asked an associate if they were going out of business. The lady in the dressing room was quirky but sweet. The cashiers leave a lot to be desired. The one cashier finished her sale, customers walked away so we walked up. We put all our merchandise on the counter stand there then she says “I’m closed” we had no idea. She was standing there the entire time! Needless to say we weren’t happy. The couple behind us was waited on by a cashier that just opened. We go back in line again. We are finally waited on and this cashier was incredibly rude. No greeting. I hen I asked if she had an extra coupon I lost mine In the fitting room she mumbled something I asked what she said she popped off “ no I don’t!” She had an attitude the ENTIRE transaction! I wasn’t going to give any more of my money and put my order back! My boyfriend was already in the middle of his transaction. The St.Charles store personnel has gone way down. It’s a shame."

"Great until we got to cashier, she did not smile, asked if we had a Goodman’s card and did not even talk. Looked like she was unhappy about being there at work or we were bugging her. I never win so I am going to honest."
